Day 1: Arrival in Islamabad
Arrive in Islamabad and settle into your hotel for a welcome dinner and full route briefing, covering the altitude profile ahead and how the backup vehicle supports the group throughout the ride.
Day 2: Fly to Skardu & Valley Ride
Fly to Skardu, weather permitting, one of the most scenic short-haul flights in the world, skimming past 7,000m peaks. Collect your motorcycle and take an easy first ride out to either Chunda Valley's green meadows or the still lakes of Kachura Valley, depending on the day's conditions.
Day 3: Deosai National Park
Ride up onto the Deosai Plateau, the world's second-highest alpine plain and a summer refuge for the Himalayan brown bear. Break at Sadpara Lake before crossing the open grassland past Kala Pani, Bara Pani and Sheosar Lake, then descend to Astore for the night.
Day 4: Ride to Hunza
Descend from Deosai into Hunza Valley, one of the most fertile and scenic corners of the Karakoram, with the sheer face of Rakaposhi (7,788m) dominating the skyline for most of the ride. Settle in early for a relaxed evening exploring Karimabad's old bazaar.
Day 5: Excursion in Hunza
A full day exploring Hunza without repacking your bags. Ride up to Eagle's Nest, the valley's best panoramic viewpoint, then across to Hopar for its glacier before touring Baltit Fort, the 700-year-old former seat of Hunza's rulers, and a second look at Karimabad Bazaar.
Day 6: Ride to Passu
Continue north via Hopar to Passu, passing through the Pak-China Friendship Tunnel and along the edge of Attabad Lake's brilliant turquoise water. Cross the wooden planks of Hussaini Suspension Bridge before arriving in Passu, beneath the jagged Passu Cones, for the night.
Day 7: Ride to Khunjerab Pass
Ride to the highest paved international border on earth. Past Passu Cones and through Sost, the road climbs into Khunjerab National Park to the pass itself at 4,693m, marked by the world's highest ATM machine and sweeping views into Chinese Xinjiang. Return to Passu for the night.
Day 8: Excursion to Shimshal Valley
A day trip into Shimshal Valley, reached via one of the most talked-about cliffside tracks in the Karakoram. The village at the end of the road has been isolated for generations, and the sense of arriving somewhere genuinely remote is hard to match. Return to Passu by evening.
Day 9: Ride to Skardu
The longest riding day of the trip, back along the Indus to Skardu with high peaks and deep valleys as a constant backdrop. Stop at Astak Nala and the Indus River viewpoint, then unwind at Shangrila Lake before your last night in the mountains.
Day 10: Fly to Islamabad
Fly back to Islamabad and spend the afternoon in the capital, the Lok Virsa Museum, the viewpoint at Daman-e-Koh, and the vast white domes of Faisal Mosque, before a farewell dinner with the group.
Day 11: Departure
A free morning to pack and reflect on the trip before transferring to Islamabad Airport for your departure flight.

Not usually. We park at the pass and walk slowly to keep oxygen levels stable, and ambulance services are stationed nearby for emergencies.
Deosai National Park is entirely off-road and can be slippery in wet weather. The off-road section runs roughly 80 km, at close to 4,000m above sea level.
