How early should we initiate custom permit requests?How early should we initiate custom permit requests?
For national park permits (Khunjerab, Deosai, Nanga Parbat Base Camp), we recommend initiating at least 45-60 days before your departure. Some restricted zones require government NOC letters taking 3-4 weeks. Our team handles all paperwork end-to-end once you confirm your tour.
What happens if we need to reschedule our travel dates?
Date changes are free up to 30 days before departure. Between 30-15 days, a small admin fee applies. Less than 15 days requires a rebooking deposit. We understand mountain travel is weather-dependent and always work with you to find the best solution.
Do we need to buy our own high-altitude health insurance?
Yes, mandatory. All participants must carry comprehensive health and medical evacuation insurance covering altitudes above 4,500m. Our team carries emergency oxygen, first-aid kits, and satellite communication on every expedition.
