Deosai national park

Known as the “Land of Giants,” Deosai National Park is one of the most captivating high-altitude landscapes in the world. The plateau remains snow-covered for nearly eight months of the year, transforming into a lush green plain filled with wildflowers and butterflies during summer. Established in 1993, the park protects the endangered Himalayan brown bear and other rare wildlife species.
